We find this is sufficient for most group rentals.
You may require two loads for frequent use.

General notes: 20 X 40’ concrete shelter with wood stove, bathroom has wheel chair access, wood sales available (must be ordered), common outdoor fire pit, clean quiet camping with locking gate, great for family and friends gatherings, weddings, etc., water is available from well but bottled water is recommended.
